Satel INDIGO Glass shatter detector

The INDIGO glass shatter detector can be used to detect the shattering of ordinary, armored or laminated glass. The detector triggers an alarm when it detects sounds of low frequency (impact) or high frequency (breaking glass). The low frequency sound waves caused by the impact are analyzed by the high frequency channel. Capture of the shock wave by the microphone is signaled by a flashing LED. If a high-frequency sound (the sound of broken glass) occurs and is captured in the high-frequency channel within 4 seconds, an alarm will be triggered.
